My go to Mule this Fall

Mules have been extremely popular in the last year! I personal love the trend, they’re comfortable, can be dressed up or down, and there are some seriously cute styles out there!

This season I have been living in my By Paige Needlepoint Mules! I got the mini leopard print pattern, which was so perfect for fall! They came with me to Vermont, got worn almost everyday at the office, and went with all my favorite fall outfits. I had a pair of By Paige loafers I wore over the summer and I was so impressed by the quality and comfort. Of course I knew I had to circled back when I was looking for the perfect Fall mules.

You can style mules with just about anything, for warmer days they go great with dresses and skirts but now that the weather has turned I’m pairing them with jeans almost every day. I have gotten so many compliments on the leopard print. Definitely grab a pair of By Paige mules before Fall is over!

Friday Finds

This week was a sprint, a marathon, all tied up into one! Was very busy with work and packing but I feel like I got so much accomplished! Real talk it was hard when I made the choice to leave my job in politics, I didn’t really know what I wanted to do, this huge part of my life was all of a sudden over. I spent months applying, interviewing, researching trying to figure out what was the right fit for me. Now I’m working for myself as a freelancer and I’m loving it, I get to work with so many amazing clients, invest in my personal growth, and create amazing content! It’s hard work, and I’m often very tired, but it’s worth it and I am so grateful for this opportunity and I am full steam ahead to Fall!

On that note, I have been nonstop shopping for Fall! This week’s Friday Finds include some great transition pieces!

Seersucker at Sankaty

New England has light houses scattered along the shores but my favorite light house is probably Sankaty Light in Siasconset. A couple weeks ago I stayed at The Summer House in Siasconset and got to visit my favorite light house.

Love staying in Siasconset, the Summer House is the perfect location to the beach, Sankaty, and Sconset market. They have charming cottages and a beach front bar!

My dress is from vineyard vines, it is perfect for work or a casual day out and about, and it’s now on sale! I love the red, white, and blue seersucker! And the vineyard vines weekender is perfect for a quick getaway. Can’t wait to go bACK!

Vineyard Vines Summer Dress

Vineyard Vines has long time been one of my favorite brands. All summer long you can find me in a casual VV summer dress. I hate shorts and skirts when its 80+ degrees out. Dresses are quick, easy, and keep me cool. I especially love this one shoulder gingham dress. It can be dressed up to wear to a wedding or a nice dinner, but it is casual enough to wear out and about for the day. Last week I spent some time on my favorite island, we strolled through the streets of Sconset and took in all the gorgeous sea roses that were in full bloom! Sconset in July is probably the most magical thing you can imagine. It’s like being transported back in time, sea shell roads, rose covered cottages, ocean views, and of course a chocolate chip cookie from Sconset market.

This adorable VV dress is now on sale! Grab it before it’s gone.
